Local delivery has become extremely important in order for businesses and has further boomed over the last year. MetroSpeedy has experienced increased demand and is expanding. We are looking for talented self starters who are interested in joining a fast paced startup in a quickly evolving industry!


The Customer Success Manager role will be a hybrid of Sales and Client Success. The role will become a full time Client Success role with a huge opportunity to grow out a team. Responsibilities will include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Client Success Associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and capabilities.

  • Onboarding new customers
  • Troubleshooting any issues that arise
  • Managing messages via our communication channels
  • Become a subject matter expert in all things Metrospeedy
  • Claims management
  • Perform quarterly customer business reviews
  • Monitor service level metrics
  • Finding new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects
  • Being knowledgeable about the products/services
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Assigning qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Closing sales
  • Drafting proposals and contracts to present to customers



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
  • 2+ years of related experience as a Sales Representative/Associate in B2B transportation sales or 4+ years of general sales experience
  • Must be able to use company tools like Slack, HubSpot, and Google Workspace
  • Willingness to assist cross functionally and help other team members where needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of concepts like APIs and Webhooks
  • Importing and exporting of files and understanding typical formats
  • Someone who is tech savvy and is able to easily navigate new tools based on common UI design principles
